Such an amazing place - Alex is so fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. He answered all questions and advised us on cards and packs! Good pricing and a lot of services to offer (card grading etc) I can not recommend this place enough! I would give 10⭐️ if I could!

Great shop. Lots of Pokémon stock and we baught a £25 Mystery Box which we were really pleased with. Great guys to talk to who are happy to help.

We discovered Collectors Lounge while visiting Somerset and looking for a shop that sold Pokemon cards. And what a find! This place has an unbelievable selection and Alex is the most genuine and lovely business owner you will ever meet. We had the most fun during our visit and my teenagers spent the rest of the afternoon going on about how great Alex was! The selection of products caters to every budget and experience level. Customer service like this is a rare find and Id recommend a trip here for all Pokemon fans. Thanks to everyone at Collectors Lounge who made our visit today such a memorable one.

Great guys! Brilliant selection of Pokémon items and so lovely with our little girl. The first stand we’ve seen to have so many plushies to choose from and not just the generic ones. Highly recommend
