Returning unwanted products
- A product purchased from our website can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase (a receipt must be supplied to show proof of postage).
- For unwanted items, the customer must cover any postage costs.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
- Sealed items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
- Due to the volatility of the trading card market, we reserve the right not to honour this policy if we feel that the item has been manipulated, swapped or tampered with (I.e opened).
- Please note that once we have received the return and inspected it, a refund will be given.
Returning faulty or damaged products
- Faulty goods, or goods that have been damaged in transit can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase (a receipt must be supplied to show proof of postage).
- If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will be able to provide a postage label for you, free of charge.
- Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.
- Due to the volatility of the trading card market, we reserve the right not to honour this policy if we feel that the item has been manipulated, swapped or tampered with (I.e opened).
- Please note that once we have received the return and inspected it, a refund will be given.
